This Mutual Femdom Services Agreement was created by Mistress Carmen—Femdom and lawyer with 30+ years of experience. It offers a legally informed framework for consensual Femdom–Sub dynamics. This contract template defines roles, limits, safety rules, obligations, and renewal procedures to help partners structure their Femdom relationship with clarity and mutual consent.

It is intended to be practical and to serve as a useful tool to frame our games. You will notice that I deliberately avoided the terms “Slave” or “Slavery.” I am aware that these are commonly used within our universe; however, for practical purposes I chose to omit them, as they might trigger prejudices in people who may need to read the document. From the Femdom’s perspective, the wording may appear somewhat aseptic, but I believe it still encompasses—and can even accommodate more—all that is necessary for both parties to feel safe while engaging in the games. Keep also in mind that what I am presenting is only a skeleton of a contract, not tailored to any particular case. The idea is to dress this skeleton in the best possible way to suit the concrete needs of real people. They should know their own situation, needs, and wishes, and use the skeleton as a framework on which to build all that.”

FAQs Mutual Femdom Service Agreement

What is a Mutual Femdom Services Agreement?

It is a written framework that defines expectations, responsibilities, and consent between a Femdom and a Sub. It clarifies boundaries, mutual obligations, and safety protocols without waiving fundamental rights.

Is this Agreement legally enforceable?

No. It cannot compel behavior or override human rights laws. Its value lies in documenting consent, limits, and intentions, which may help prevent misunderstandings and protect both parties.

Why avoid the terms “slave” or “slavery” in the contract?

Mistress Carmen deliberately avoids these terms because third parties—such as lawyers, judges, or mediators—may misinterpret them. More neutral language increases clarity, credibility, and legal safety.

Why is consent renewal important?

Consent can change over time. Regular renewals (e.g., every 90 days) ensure both partners remain informed, capable, willing, and aligned with the evolving dynamic.

What should the Agreement cover?

A complete document includes definitions, scope of services, obligations, rights, confidentiality, liability, exceptions, term/renewal rules, medical safeguards, and emergency procedures.

What are “GAP,” “EAF,” and “EAS”?

GAP refers to Generally Accepted Principles of BDSM.
EAF and EAS are appendices listing personal exceptions for the Femdom and the Sub—practices excluded for safety, preference, or medical reasons.

Does the Femdom need verbal consent during sessions?

Yes—if a new or unplanned practice arises that is not covered in the Agreement or its addenda, verbal consent must be obtained and later documented.

What happens if the Sub cannot consent?

The contract must be suspended until the Sub is fully able to provide informed consent again. Safety overrides activity.

Is third-party participation allowed?

Only if explicitly agreed upon. The Sub has the right to stop any third-party activity when the Femdom is absent or if boundaries are violated.

How does termination work?

Either party may terminate with notice, or immediately in cases of material breach. The Agreement also allows for suspension if medical or psychological conditions require a pause.

Why attach medical check-ups?

They help ensure the physical and mental safety of both parties, especially when practices involve physical strain, chastity devices, or impact play.

Can compensation be included?

This template assumes no monetary compensation. If money is involved, the contract requires significant additional legal safeguards.

Why include witnesses?

Witnesses strengthen credibility and help document that both parties entered the Agreement voluntarily and with full understanding.
