She doesn’t fit the classic image of a distant, ice-cold Dominatrix. And that is exactly what makes Mistress Fun so compelling. Based in London, UK, she represents a new generation of Femdom: reflective, playful, intellectually grounded, and deeply intentional in her approach to power exchange.
In this interview, Mistress Fun speaks openly about her path into Femdom, the moment she realized dominance was not something she chose but something she already embodied, and how philosophy and behavioral psychology shape every session she creates. She reflects on the evolving Femdom scene in London, challenges common misconceptions about female dominance, and explains why playfulness and authority are not opposites, but partners.
A thoughtful, honest conversation. And an invitation to look beyond clichés and discover what modern Femdom can truly be.
Lady Sas: Dear Mistress Fun, Please describe to us how you became a Dominatrix.
Mistress Fun: The day my friend took me to a FemDom club in London was a turning point. Until then, my interest in BDSM had been mostly sexual. He thought I would love the club and bought tickets for the next event, and he was right.
From the moment I stepped inside, I felt an immediate sense of calm and well-being. One of those feelings that quietly tells you: stay here. I put my name on a list and was matched with someone to play with. I followed my intuition, because I didn’t really know what to do yet — I only knew this: always respect limits.
Soon I found myself using whatever was around me to play, ice from the bar, bottle caps, air fresheners, toilet paper, even parts of the decoration. Later, my friend told me that people were asking him if I was a professional and if they could book a private session with me. I had thought it was just a good night. When I went to Club Pedestal the following month though and the same thing happened, something inside me shifted.
That’s when I started to consider it seriously. I researched, reflected deeply, worked on my style, philosophy, and boundaries, created my website and began my professional path. I didn’t decide to become a Dominatrix — I simply found the right place to realise that I already was one.

Interview with Mistress Fun, Dominatrix in London, UK
Lady Sas: What role did my books play in your development?
Mistress Fun: When I started, everything I did was purely intuitive. I had no references at all, I just acted in the moment. At some point, I felt the need to check myself, to understand whether what I was doing was ‘right’, average, cliché, or something totally unique and unconventional. Reading your books was a turning point. They gave me perspective and — most importantly — peace of mind. I realised that I was on the right path. Interestingly, what I once thought might be unconventional turned out to be exactly the soul of Mistress Fun. Your books didn’t change my style, they helped me trust it. Even now, I occasionally go back to them to refresh my mind. In a way, it feels like having a short dialogue with you from time to time.
Lady Sas: Oh, wow — I’m truly pleased to hear that my books have been and continue to be helpful. Thank you for sharing this. Offering guidance and being of real help has always been my central motivation. – Now let’s talk about your name. Why do you call yourself Mistress Fun?
Mistress Fun: The name Mistress Fun is, without a doubt, the best way to describe me. It’s a bit revolutionary — it breaks the cliché of the serious, distant Mistress. You can be firm and commanding while still bringing pleasure, playfulness and a spark of fun. Mistress Fun reflects exactly that balance. My energy and the type of dominance I bring is authoritative, but always playful. BDSM is a game between consenting adults, and the purpose of playing is to enjoy it, to have fun. It’s more than just a name. It’s a statement of my philosophy, my style, and the kind of experience I create.

“Where Philosophy Meets the Whip”
Lady Sas: „Where Philosophy Meets the Whip“ is your slogan on your website. Could you explain this a bit, please? In what sense do you see yourself as a philosopher, and how does that align with your work as a Dominatrix?
Mistress Fun: Before being a Dominatrix, I consider myself a philosopher. “Where Philosophy Meets the Whip” reflects the approach I take to BDSM. My journey in philosophy began long before I discovered BDSM; in fact, it’s what ultimately led me there and made the two paths converge. Another important aspect is that, for me, there is no philosophy without science (I lean more toward epistemology than metaphysics, haha). The most scientific lens I use to understand BDSM is behavioral psychology. I’m not just saying ‘I like psychology’, which is the cliché everyone repeats in BDSM. Behaviorism is science. Not all branches of psychology are scientific — many are assumptions or popular culture.
BDSM may seem mysterious and artistic, but from a behaviorist perspective, it is actually quite precise if you carefully analyze prior learning and control the stimuli. The real magic lies in the fact that, as humans, we can never know everything. So, there is always a margin of unpredictability in the equation. In my work as a Dominatrix, the philosophical perspective and behaviorism guide every session. It’s not just about control or play; it’s about understanding, creating structure, and exploring the dynamics between people with intention and awareness.
Seeing the world philosophically changed my life: I went from merely existing to truly living. I apply this approach to my work as a Dominatrix and to all areas of life. Without a philosophical guide, actions feel empty and experiences rarely lead to anything meaningful.

Mistress Fun about the Femdom scene in London
Lady Sas: Tell us about how the Femdom scene in London has developed.
Mistress Fun: The FemDom scene in London has grown a lot in recent years. It’s more accessible than it used to be, with new events, clubs, and online spaces making it easier for people to explore their interests. At the same time, some parts of the scene feel more commercialised — experiences can sometimes feel like just another product to consume rather than a deeper connection or dynamic.
Personally, I’m drawn to the old-school philosophy of FemDom, focusing on genuine power exchange. Aesthetically, though, I prefer the modern look. I love the neon and contemporary designs far more than the traditional 1800s-style elegance with a perfectly dressed classic Mistress. This mix of tradition and innovation is what keeps the London scene exciting.
Lady Sas: Do you have any advice for women who are hesitant to try being a mistress?
Mistress Fun: My advice is simple to give, but very difficult to follow: be patient. This is a path that requires time and learning. It’s not realistic to start with a fully defined style based on deep reflection if you have little or no experience to reflect on. At the beginning, allowing yourself to explore a wider range can actually be useful. Each session, each request teaches you something — what truly fits you and what needs to be filtered out.
What really matters is taking the time to reflect afterwards, grounded in real experiences. Be honest with yourself about why you want to do this. Once you understand that, you can be realistic about which path genuinely makes sense for you.

Mistress Fun about her free time and plans for the future
Lady Sas: You work as a dominatrix alongside your main profession. What are the advantages of that?
Mistress Fun: There are many advantages to working as a Dominatrix alongside my main profession. The biggest one is the freedom it gives me: I don’t depend solely on one income, which allows me to be even more dominant in both lives. I can carefully filter which clients and sessions to take, rather than accepting something just because it’s a slow month.
London’s scene has strong seasonality — some months are very busy, others quieter. During the busy months, I focus on the sessions that excite me most. Then, during the slower ones, I take a long mental break, returning without hurry, refreshed and more creative. I’m fortunate that my other work is part-time, giving me total flexibility to decide when and how much I work. This balance allows me to maintain a lifestyle I truly enjoy without economic pressure. I’ve noticed that when financial stress is reduced, creativity naturally flourishes.
Lady Sas: Tell us something about yourself. How do you spend your free time?
Mistress Fun: In my private life, I consider myself very fortunate with everything I have, which gives me a deep sense of happiness — my mental peace could be measured in tons. My hobbies are varied: I love skating and reading above all, but I also enjoy motocross, cooking and tending to my garden, growing flowers, lettuce, tomatoes… I’m passionate about designing and making my own basic latex pieces. And last but not least… whisky on the rocks and good techno music are absolute essentials — please, never let them be missing!
Lady Sas: What are your plans for the future?
Mistress Fun: Personally, my goal is to maintain all the pillars of well-being that allow me to keep enjoying my ‘mental orgasm’ that is my daily life. Professionally, I would love to go on tour to different cities and stay creative, developing new, unique products for my store — items as distinctive and playful as my Findom Lottery and Task Calendar.
