Goddess Alanis is a Brazilian Dominatrix based between Berlin and London whose approach to Femdom centers on control, power exchange, and the trust involved in submission. A lifestyle Domme before becoming a professional, she has long been drawn to training submissive men and women and to the intimacy, vulnerability, and authority that develop within a dominant dynamic.

In our interview, Goddess Alanis talks about her path into professional domination, the appeal of training submissives, the differences she observes between the BDSM scenes in Brazil, Germany, and the UK, and why she believes Femdom and female-led relationships should become more visible and accepted.

This interview is part of our series of interviews with dominatrixes from around the world, our interviews with German Mistresses and our Berlin Dominatrix Interviews – Inside Germany’s Femdom Capital. New to Femdom? Our Femdom Guide provides an introduction.

Lady Sas: Dear Alanis, please describe us how you became a Dominatrix.

Goddess Alanis: I am a professionally trained and lifestyle Dominatrix. As a natural-born Femdom, I have always had a very strong dominant nature, always being assertive in what I want and what makes Me happy, using My power and sensuality to discipline men. I was a lifestyle Domme for several years before becoming a Pro. In high school, I was already a bratty kind of Domme and was already making boys fall at My feet for any scrap of attention. This evolved, and I was curious to find the kink communities and explore My dominant side with submissive individuals. I’ve always had a passion for training men (and women too); the power exchange is what excites Me most. After these experiences, I decided to combine the useful with the pleasant and become a Pro.

Power, Trust & the Art of Training Submissives

Lady Sas: What excites you about BDSM and training slaves?

Goddess Alanis: As a dominant, I only explore the FemDom side of things, and what turns Me on the most is the control, the feeling of power. The trust that My slaves have in Me when they give themselves to Me, all the intimacy and vulnerability that is explored in these connections—having this is truly fulfilling for Me.

Lady Sas: If you weren’t working as a dominatrix, what would your other profession have been?

Goddess Alanis: I have always been passionate about cosmetics and beauty. We all know that a Goddess always looks impeccable. As a businesswoman, I am currently expanding My business and launching My own online cosmetics and makeup store. Additionally, I possess strong empathy and intuition, which could have led Me to pursue careers as a therapist or teacher.

Lady Sas: You are from Brazil, but now you are located in London and Berlin. What is the story behind that?

Goddess Alanis: I have always followed the main kink communities around the world and wanted to be surrounded by like-minded people. I have found London and Berlin to have some of the most open and compassionate people after traveling to many places around the world. The fetish communities in both cities are vibrant and allow Me to explore My sensuality and dominance in the best possible way.

Femdom in Brazil, Germany & the UK: What Changes Across Cultures

Lady Sas: Are there differences in what the subs want and how they behave when you compare UK, Germany and Brazil?

Goddess Alanis: Yes, there are some differences. For example, in Brazil, there is still a lot of stigma regarding a man being submissive, so I believe there are a lot of masochists and foot fetishists rather than truly submissive individuals. In Germany and the UK, people embrace FemDom more, lots of events, and it ends up being more naturalized. But in the end, I only accept subs who are well-mannered and respectful; these are the ones who have the honor of being at My feet. In My experience, in Germany, subs have more unusual/extreme requests, and in the UK, they lean more towards sensual domination/humiliation.

Lady Sas: My readers know quite a lot about Femdom in Germany and UK, but not about Brazil. So, how does society in Brazil deal with Femdom BDSM? Are they open for it?

Goddess Alanis: In Brazil, there is still a traditional and Christian culture, and the kink scene has been developing. The main problem is the lack of investment for events (maybe I will do My own in the future). Even though there are many people who want to explore their submissive desires, seeing a Dominatrix in Brazil is a luxury for most people who cannot afford it. However, there are many people open to it. Going against normative standards is always something that arouses curiosity and excitement in people, and the kink/FemDom scene in Brazil is growing more and more. I am certainly doing My part and hope to contribute more to this in the future.

The Ignore Fetish: Objectification, Presence & Control

Lady Sas: I saw on your website the “Ignore Fetish”. I can imagine how it works, but, please tell me more about this kind of game.

Goddess Alanis: Ignore fetish is a kink that plays with objectification. For some, just being in the presence of the Goddess is a great privilege, whether serving as human furniture or just being at the feet of the Goddess while she does other things. I absolutely love playing with this fetish; the sub is really just an object, nothing more.

Lady Sas: What are your plans for the future?

Goddess Alanis: My plans for the future are based on helping to expand the FemDom scene and normalize relationships with power exchange and FLR dynamics. With this, more people can be inspired and not deny their true desires, living the life they want. Who knows what the future holds, but Goddess may choose to focus more on the FemDom lifestyle than the Pro side of things.

Thank you very much! It was a pleasure to share a little more about Myself and My point of view here.

Lady Sas: Thank you.

FAQs

Who is Goddess Alanis?

Goddess Alanis is a Brazilian Dominatrix based between Berlin and London. She describes herself as both a lifestyle and professional Domme, with a strong focus on power exchange, discipline, and training submissive men and women.

How did Goddess Alanis become a Dominatrix?

She says she has had a naturally dominant personality since a young age and explored Femdom privately for years before becoming a professional Dominatrix. Her interest in training submissives and power exchange eventually led her into professional domination.

What excites Goddess Alanis most about Femdom?

For Goddess Alanis, the strongest appeal is control and power exchange. She is especially drawn to the trust, intimacy, and vulnerability that develop when a submissive gives up control to her.

How does Goddess Alanis compare Femdom in Brazil, Germany, and the UK?

She sees Brazil as more conservative, with greater stigma around male submission, while Germany and the UK have more established and visible fetish communities. In her experience, German submissives tend to make more unusual or extreme requests, while UK submissives lean more toward sensual domination and humiliation.

What is the Ignore Fetish?

The Ignore Fetish centers on objectification. A submissive may simply remain in the Dominatrix’s presence, serve as human furniture, or stay at her feet while receiving little or no attention, reinforcing the feeling of being treated as an object rather than an equal participant.

What are Goddess Alanis’s plans for the future?

She wants to help expand the Femdom scene and normalize power-exchange and female-led relationship dynamics. She is also interested in encouraging more people to accept their submissive desires instead of suppressing them.
