Slave Contract

Purpose and nature of the contract
The slave contract was entered into on Sunday, May 29, 2016, between Lady Sas and Slave Toytoy. Witness present: Lady Cornelitas.

Both parties understand that this contract has no legal validity in court. It simply puts into writing the rules that have evolved in our BDSM relationship since February 2011, and makes them clear to both parties. It is a consensual BDSM play contract between adults. The contract also documents officially that the slave is the property of the Mistress.

Rights of the Mistress
Lady Sas has the right to train the slave as she sees fit, using any practices that do not violate the slave’s taboos (see below). She may humiliate him as she pleases. She may demand absolute obedience and respectful, submissive behavior. She may require the slave to perform any type of work, including household tasks.

Duties of the Mistress
She must ensure that the slave does not receive permanent marks and that his health and anonymity are protected at all times. She must protect him from harm caused by third parties. She is responsible for his well-being and must protect him from himself when he overestimates his own limits.

Rights of the Slave
The slave has the right to physical integrity and health. Training marks must be tolerated, but permanent marks are forbidden. The slave may refuse orders that would endanger him. He may refuse if his anonymity is threatened. He may refuse if his taboos are violated—without punishment. He may always ask permission to use the bathroom. The Mistress ensures he can continue his career and public life without disruption.

Duties of the Slave
The slave must always be aware what a privilege it is to serve Lady Sas. Orders must be obeyed immediately, without hesitation or questioning. He must devote himself to making her life more pleasant. During all tasks—including household tasks—he must give his best.
He must always address Lady Sas formally and respectfully. The same applies to all other dominant persons. He must behave according to the etiquette of a classic Mistress–slave relationship. This includes, for example, slave position or greeting dominants with a foot kiss. He must behave in a way that makes the Mistress proud of him.
He must keep weekday contact to an absolute minimum so that the Mistress can focus on her career and social life.

Special Provisions

Exclusivity
The slave is exclusively bound to Lady Sas. He may not seek sexual or BDSM contact with others—especially professional Dominas. He may not approach or message other women. Any inquiries must be forwarded immediately to Lady Sas.

Lady Sas, however, is not exclusive to the slave. She may meet whomever she pleases, pursue other relationships, invite others, and even play with subs in the slave’s presence. The slave must accept this without jealousy. He is not her partner—he is her slave.

Chastity
The slave grants Lady Sas full control over his sexuality. He has no right to an orgasm. She may keep him locked in chastity and control his sexual urges. She must ensure a spare key is available in her home.
The slave may not attempt to remove or tamper with the device. Only Lady Sas decides if and when he may orgasm.
He may ask for release when the pressure becomes unbearable and must receive a clear answer the same day.
Lady Sas may lend the key to others at her discretion.
She may publicly document his chastity on her blog.

Presentation and loaning of the slave
Lady Sas may present the slave to others or loan him out. In this case, he is subordinate to them as he is to her. She does not need his permission and does not need to discuss people beforehand.
She must ensure he is not outed. Presentations without a mask in front of groups of eight or more must be discussed; if he refuses, he may not be punished.

Confidentiality
The Mistress may write about his training in books and on her blog, provided she does not reveal his identity. She may discuss him with others freely.
The slave may not disclose details of his training unless she grants permission.

Discretion in public
Both must ensure their special relationship is not noticeable. Exceptions must be discussed and agreed upon. No punishment if the slave refuses.

Household duties
The slave must work diligently and quietly. He may only enter the Mistress’s bedroom when ordered. He may not search her belongings. He has no right to compensation. He must ensure neighbors do not notice anything. He must hide if someone rings the doorbell.

Slave’s physical care
He must maintain an attractive, fit, and well-groomed body. Daily exercise is required. He must go to the gym three times a week for one hour. Sweets only once a week. Regular haircuts. Genital and anal area must always be clean-shaven. If he violates rules, he must report it immediately.

Clothing
He must appear freshly showered. Household tasks are done naked except for collar and knee pads. The Mistress may dress as she wishes, though she will consider his preference for high heels.

Taboos
Scat, clinic play, permanent marks, public outing, needles, cutting, hard ballbusting, heavy kicking, slaughter games, waterboarding.

Photos & videos
The Mistress may take recordings and show them to others as long as his face is not visible. She must handle them responsibly to avoid outing the slave.

Financial interests
Both parties confirm that neither expects financial compensation of any kind from the other.
