Miss Courtney Morgan is a British dominatrix whose life and career span the cane, the camera, and a new beginning in Cyprus.

Part of our series: BDSM Personalities.

She has worked professionally since 2014, first establishing herself in the United Kingdom before eventually moving to the Mediterranean. Anyone who watches her videos or explores her website will find more than the familiar image of a dominatrix dressed for effect. Courtney speaks with unusual clarity about what she does, why she does it, and where her boundaries lie. Her story is not simply about becoming dominant. It is also about independence, self-acceptance, responsibility, and learning how to care for others without losing herself.

A Bikini, a Fetish Event, and a Spark

Courtney’s introduction to professional domination began with a misunderstanding. In her January 2019 video “How I Became a Dominatrix,” she recalls working for Spearmint Rhino, a chain of strip clubs, when she was asked to help at an event on a Saturday. She expected to wear a bikini, hand out flyers, and talk to visitors. It sounded straightforward enough.

Only when she arrived did she realize that the event was Erotica, a large fetish convention. She suddenly found herself surrounded by latex, corsets, puppies, ponies, and people openly expressing desires she had never previously encountered in such concentrated form. Courtney stood among them in heels and a bikini, overwhelmed but fascinated. One Saturday became an entire weekend, and the experience awakened something that had apparently been waiting for the right opportunity.

When she returned home, she began researching. She contacted experienced dominatrices and asked whether anyone could train her, but no one had the time. Instead of abandoning the idea, she began experimenting independently through webcam work. Looking back, she believes the inclination had always been there. Even as a young woman, she had been drawn to tight clothing, sensuality, provocation, and control. She also found it difficult to meet men who were prepared to do exactly what she wanted.

A photographer later contacted her through a modeling platform and invited her to a shoot. She remembers traveling by train on a cold, gray morning toward an unfamiliar location, wondering whether she was about to enter someone’s basement. The destination turned out to be the Stockport Dungeon. Courtney immediately fell in love with the space, and Princess Latina, who ran the studio, invited her to return and develop her dominant side professionally. Courtney accepted.

In a March 2024 interview with Mistress Sarah, she admitted that she initially regarded domination as a pleasant weekend job that might provide some additional income. At the time, she was also training to become a teaching assistant at an elementary school, but her placement fell through and she was left without a clear alternative. Then domination began to make sense. The energy, excitement, strength, and feeling of achievement came together in a way her conventional jobs never had.

Courtney describes the transition more soberly on her website. After years in ordinary employment that brought her little satisfaction, she received the opportunity in 2014 to learn the craft and begin offering sessions. She remains grateful to the BDSM world for giving her a place where her desire for control could become both professionally meaningful and personally liberating. For her, control can be relaxing and exhilarating at the same time.

Miss Courtney Morgan

Miss Courtney Morgan has worked as a professional dominatrix since 2014. Her career began in the United Kingdom, and she now lives in Cyprus. She describes her style as a combination of sadism, care, and psychological guidance. She also became known for her films from the OWK.

Five Years of Searching

Courtney does not romanticize the early years of her career. By the time of her conversation with Mistress Sarah, she had been working professionally for approximately nine years, and she described the first five primarily as a period of searching. She was trying to understand herself, define her style, and find her place within the scene.

Her appearance initially complicated that search. She is short and blonde, which did not correspond to the imposing stereotype many people associated with a professional dominatrix. More difficult, however, was the tension within her private life. Her former partner helped construct a dungeon in Wales, perhaps largely so that she would no longer need to travel for sessions, but he did not want to be present while she worked. When other people asked about her profession, the subject was quietly changed.

Courtney later summarized the emotional effect with striking simplicity: it felt as though she were doing something shameful. She had found work that made her feel powerful, capable, and alive, yet she was expected to keep it hidden. There was no dramatic confrontation, only a persistent feeling of suppression and the growing awareness that something was holding her back.

Eventually, she reached a crossroads. One direction offered a comfortable but limited life in which she conducted a few sessions and kept her ambitions contained. The other led toward the work she truly loved. She chose the second path, ended the relationship, moved to London, and opened her first dungeon.

She speaks about her former partner without resentment and notes that he later found happiness with a wife and child. The relationship was not necessarily destroyed by hostility. Instead, it reflected a pattern many people recognize: one partner does not openly condemn the other’s desires but cannot genuinely support them either. The absence of conflict becomes a form of silence, and the person with the unconventional desire gradually makes themselves smaller to preserve the other person’s comfort.

The Man Who Did Not Know What a Dominatrix Was

Courtney’s relationship with her current partner developed very differently. They met through a dating app, although she deliberately left her profession out of her profile because she wanted genuine dates rather than fetish inquiries. Nevertheless, she had already made a firm decision that anyone entering her life would need to accept what she did.

On the day they were supposed to meet, she insisted on a video call. She wanted to confirm that he was real, but she also wanted to be honest before he arrived. Courtney told him that she was a dominatrix and that she was speaking to him from a London fetish studio. She made the situation clear: this was who she was, and he could still come if he wished. If not, she would accept that too.

He later admitted that he barely knew what a dominatrix was. His understanding extended little further than latex and restrained people. He attended the date anyway, partly because he was curious and thought that even if the relationship went nowhere, he would at least have seen the inside of an SM studio.

He stayed for four days.

A few months later, he told his parents and grandparents about Courtney’s profession. His grandmother reportedly asked what a dominatrix was and later explained it to her friends by saying that Courtney put people in cages. At the time of the interview, the couple had been together for around five years. Courtney described a domestic life in which her partner’s family and her submissives could sit together at the same dining table.

Her philosophy is direct. Her home is open to the people she cares about, and she will help them when they need her. However, anyone who refuses to accept her profession has no place in her life. This position reflects how far she has moved from the young woman who once adjusted herself to satisfy other people’s expectations.

An Unconventional Childhood

Courtney’s independence becomes easier to understand in the context of her upbringing. Her mother was South African and her father English. For six years, they built a yacht in their garden in South Africa. When Courtney was about eight years old, the family sailed away, crossed the Atlantic, passed Brazil, and continued into the Caribbean. She grew up in Antigua before moving to England at 16 to study.

On her website, she explains that her parents wanted a life filled with adventure and raised their children accordingly. Her grandmother was also unconventional: a journalist who wrote a sex column. Courtney describes her family as open, accepting, and free, and she recognizes how valuable that environment became when she entered the BDSM world.

Her mother knew about her new career from the beginning. Courtney called her after the first visit to the studio and described what she had seen. Later, she sent her photographs from sessions. Rather than reacting with judgment, her mother supported her and took particular pride in her daughter’s independence.

Despite that adventurous upbringing, Courtney remembers herself as a quiet and serious child who preferred to observe from the background. As a teenager, she moved in the opposite direction. She became wild, attended parties, stayed constantly active, and struggled with deep insecurity. She repeatedly changed herself to fit the expectations of new friends and potential partners. In retrospect, she describes that behavior as exhausting and sad.

Her explanation reaches beyond her own life. Teenage girls, she argues, are often placed inside a narrow social box. They feel uncertain about themselves and the world, so they try to become the type of woman society presents as ideal: someone who finds a man, has children, settles down, and lives a conventional life.

One of her clearest conclusions is that she is not responsible for other people’s feelings about her. Some people will like her, others will not, and she cannot control their perceptions. Comparing herself before 2014 with the woman she later became, Courtney sees two almost entirely different people. She once struggled to say no because she feared exclusion and disappointment. Now she simply refuses to do what she does not want to do.

She describes the transformation with an image that is unusually tender for someone publicly associated with sadism: her soul shines now. Before, it had felt darker and sadder.

“Girlfriend Gone Bad”

Courtney summarizes her dominant style with the phrase “girlfriend gone bad.” She presents herself as sweet, cheerful, elegant, and playful, drawing a submissive into a seemingly comfortable interaction before revealing a much more intimidating and sadistic side. Within moments, she suggests, the person who felt relaxed may find themselves trembling on their knees.

Her interests include corporal punishment, CBT, bondage, nipple play, and other forms of pain. She does not hide the pleasure she takes in sadism. Yet the effectiveness of her style depends on contrast. The intimidating side only works because the submissive also feels safe with her.

Courtney has stated that BDSM is not primarily about sex for her. It is about intimacy on a deeper level. The trust, closeness, and connection that can develop between a mistress and a submissive are what make the encounter meaningful. Pain may be the visible element, but the relationship around it is psychological and emotional.

The Psychology and Craft of BDSM

Courtney estimates that BDSM is approximately 95 percent psychological. Fantasy, perception, anticipation, and mental stimulation shape the experience long before any physical act occurs. A person may react to a particular color, a pair of red nails, a tone of voice, or the sight of a cane because the mind has already given those objects meaning.

During sessions, she uses a scale from one to ten, with ten representing the individual’s personal limit. She regularly asks where the submissive is on that scale. A low number tells her that the intensity may be increased, while a seven or eight suggests that she should proceed more carefully, perhaps pushing slightly before reducing the pressure again. She combines those verbal responses with close observation of body language, facial expression, and energy.

Honesty is essential. Courtney refuses to accept anyone who claims to have no limits. Such a statement does not demonstrate courage or devotion to her. Instead, it creates a dangerous situation because it suggests that the submissive is either unaware of their boundaries or unwilling to communicate them truthfully. That dishonesty places both people at risk.

She also emphasizes the importance of proper education. Courtney was fortunate to learn from Princess Latina, but she continued to study independently by reading books, researching techniques, attending workshops, and watching experienced professionals. When using a cane, for example, knowledge of anatomy and appropriate striking areas is crucial. Randomly hitting the body can cause serious harm.

Her advice to newcomers is therefore practical: learn, ask questions, observe experienced practitioners, and do not assume that enthusiasm is a substitute for training. Courtney reports that other women in the industry were consistently willing to help when she approached them respectfully.

Discretion forms another part of professional responsibility. Guests trust a dominatrix with highly personal information and often reveal a side of themselves they conceal elsewhere. Their identities must therefore remain confidential, and photographs or recordings require explicit consent. Courtney sees this protection not as a courtesy but as a duty.

Safety applies to the dominatrix as well. Anyone who wishes to meet her must apply through her website, pay a deposit through a traceable method, and provide contact information. These measures are not intended to threaten confidentiality. They exist so that a visitor can be identified if they behave aggressively or violate her boundaries. Courtney rejects the idea that financial pressure should ever justify an unsafe session. A professional dominatrix is inviting someone into her working space and, in some cases, her home. Her own security must be treated as seriously as the safety of the submissive.

Helping Someone Reach a Limit

Two stories illustrate how Courtney combines sadism with care. During a spanking event at the Other World Kingdom, she encountered a visitor who was so nervous that he was visibly trembling. Courtney suspected he might leave before the session even began, so she asked what he hoped to achieve. He told her that he wanted to endure the cane.

Rather than immediately testing him, she promised that they would work toward the goal together and proceed slowly. Over the course of the day, Courtney estimates that he received approximately 400 strikes in total, including around 100 to 120 with a relatively light cane. What mattered to her was not the number. She valued the fact that she had helped him accomplish something he had imagined but was unsure he could experience.

Another submissive initially told her that he wanted flogging and had no interest in the cane. Courtney respected that boundary. Their relationship developed over time through meals, museum visits, and an ordinary personal connection outside the dungeon. Gradually, he became aroused by Courtney’s own pleasure in using the cane. Two years after their first meeting, he independently asked to try it and eventually received 55 strokes with a cold cane.

Courtney emphasizes that she did not persuade or pressure him. When a submissive tells her what they want, she gives them that experience. Any movement beyond the original boundary must come from the person themselves.

The Caring Sadist

Some submissives conceal their limits because they are embarrassed or afraid of disappointing the mistress. They arrive promising that she may do anything she wants and insisting that they can endure it. When they discover that they cannot, the situation becomes more dangerous than it ever needed to be.

Courtney’s response is straightforward. Dominatrices are not mind readers. Experience may help them notice hesitation, tension, or fear, but they cannot know a person’s internal state without honest communication. Boundaries are therefore not evidence of weakness or failure. They are what allow a session to become intense, rewarding, and safe.

Courtney once described herself almost casually as a caring sadist, but the phrase captures the central contradiction of her style. She is naturally sadistic and receives genuine pleasure from inflicting pain. At the same time, she cares deeply about the people who trust her. When someone remembers how well she looked after them, that matters to her more than a reputation for severity alone.

She loves being sadistic, but she also loves her men. She wants them to feel safe, valued, and happy. The suffering she creates takes place within a structure of consent and responsibility.

Chastity as a Practical Tool

Courtney’s approach to chastity is similarly unsentimental. She enjoys it because it allows submissives to focus and because controlling their orgasms gives her an erotic sense of power. She likes making them increasingly aroused and desperate for release.

However, she rejects the romantic idea that a mistress should automatically select and manage every practical detail of a chastity device. There is no universal cage that fits every body or lifestyle. The submissive must measure themselves, read reviews, and learn from people with similar anatomy and daily routines.

Her favorite solution for storing the key combines control with practicality. She recommends placing it in a large glass of water and freezing the entire glass. A submissive who becomes desperate during the night cannot immediately unlock the device. They must wait for the ice to melt, which gives them enough time to reconsider the decision.

The Acre of Correction

Courtney’s former property in Hereford carried the name “The Acre of Correction.” The house came with approximately one acre of land, a little over 4,000 square meters, where two dungeons, prison cells, and cages were eventually constructed.

Courtney and her partner arrived at the name one evening while experimenting with words and synonyms. Only later did a visitor point out the hidden pun. “Acre” resembles “ache,” turning the name into a reference to both the size of the property and the pain inflicted there. Courtney insists that the wordplay was initially unconscious, although it suited the project perfectly.

Fake Accounts and Professional Reality

In October 2023, Courtney published a warning about fake social media accounts. Fraudsters had copied her photographs, duplicated profile information, reposted her content, and contacted her followers. Some people believed they were communicating directly with her and sent money to the impersonators.

Courtney explains that she does not contact strangers unsolicited through social media. Initial contact takes place through her official website, and she does not use secret backup profiles to demand payments. Anyone uncertain about an account should begin on her official website and follow the links from there, rather than trusting a profile that happens to use her photographs.

The fraud angers her not only because people are being deceived but also because professional content requires substantial investment. Courtney estimates that she purchases around 80 percent of the clothing used in her productions herself. She also pays for equipment, furniture, lighting, cameras, travel, workshops, hair appointments, and dungeon maintenance.

The public image of dominatrices effortlessly earning large sums of money ignores those expenses. Courtney reinvests much of her income because she cares about the quality of her work. She therefore considers requests for discounts disrespectful, particularly when they come from people who have made no effort to understand what the profession requires.

What She Expects From Applicants

Courtney values people who have taken the time to learn about her. A thoughtful applicant has read the information on her website, watched some of her content, and developed a realistic sense that their interests may align with hers.

Her reasoning is based on reciprocity. Someone who has invested time in understanding her is more likely to receive her time in return. Life is limited, and the people with whom we choose to spend it matter.

Messages that ask only about price, tribute, or location communicate the opposite. They show that the sender has not read the readily available information and sees the dominatrix as an interchangeable service rather than a specific person. Courtney gives priority to attentive, creative applicants who arrive prepared and who are interested in a longer journey rather than a quick encounter.

A New Chapter in Cyprus

Older sections of Courtney’s website described a life divided between two dungeons, one in Central London and another in Hereford. The Hereford property was intended to develop into a larger BDSM retreat.

Her plans changed. In 2026, she announced that she had moved to Cyprus and suspended her regular sessions in the United Kingdom. She does not currently plan to reopen there in the immediate future.

In Cyprus, she offers sessions to selected applicants following a strict application process. She has not announced a permanent private dungeon comparable to the facilities she previously used in Britain. Instead, access is framed as a privilege that applicants must earn. She also continues to work online, produce content, create custom videos, and remain available for travel under appropriate arrangements.

A quotation from André Gide appears on her website, expressing the idea that some people only discover themselves through adventure. For a woman who crossed the Atlantic as a child and repeatedly rebuilt her life as an adult, the quotation feels less like decoration than a summary.

Courtney is not preparing to stop. She describes herself as still moving upward, still developing, and still climbing.

What She Wants to Be Remembered For

When she was asked about her legacy during the interview with Mistress Sarah, Courtney initially hesitated. Rephrased as a question about what people should associate with her, the answer came more easily: she wants them to remember that she cared.

Her path from a young woman who could not say no for fear of rejection to someone who openly excludes people who refuse to accept her is remarkable. She attributes that change not to a sudden revelation but to years of deliberate personal development.

The most important skill she gained through domination reaches far beyond the dungeon. It is the ability to establish clear boundaries without shame, communicate them without apology, and care for other people without surrendering control over her own life.

That may be the clearest meaning of the phrase “caring sadist.” Courtney Morgan does not view cruelty and care as opposites. Within consensual BDSM, each makes the other possible. Her sadism becomes meaningful because it is controlled, informed, and attentive. Her care becomes credible because it does not require her to make herself smaller.
